Excel recruitment is seeking an experienced chef to work in our client’s kitchens across Dublin City Centre. You will have an opportunity to gain valuable work and food skills while maintaining a flexible schedule and experiencing a variety of venues.

Responsibilities for this position:

• Maintain food and hygiene codes

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes up to high standards of the client

• Properly communicate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth-running and friendly environment

• Adapt to dietary requirements or menu changes

Requirements for Chefs:

• Relevant experience as a chef in a busy kitchen environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Valid Manual Handling and HACCP certs (training available if needed)

• Good time management within a fast-paced workplace
